At Seagull 1963 Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your horological investment. If your timepiece isn't the perfect fit, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Prepare the Timepiece

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our international inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the watch, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
